More inspiration from Belinda

Hi everyone. Well I think Annelie may have given me my mojo back! I’m loving this kit and had fun using it on these holiday snaps, in fact its going to work brilliantly with all the beach shots from this year!

Using the trinkets was a little out of my comfort zone but set into this Silhouette background cut out I was thrilled of how they worked!

BELINDA LEEN

Belinda

Hi there. My name is Belinda, I am a stay at home Mum to 3 crazy, zany boys, James (9), Jesse (8) and the munchkin Louie (2), and to help me control this lot is my partner in crime Matt. We currently live in the gorgeous Christchurch New Zealand, but we are soon to start our new life by moving out to the country. Ive been scrapbooking since 2004 and I am still completely in love with the craft. It combines all my photographic, design, and writing urges into one delicious way of expressing myself and also documenting our silly, beautiful life. I am constantly inspired by movements in fashion and color, and especially by the whole talented scrapbooking community.

Thanks Annelie for having me on this fabulous team.

I am thrilled to have Belinda designing with the fabulous February kit “Captain Charming”!

Here is her first LO:

When I received this kit from Annelie I really couldn’t be happier, the blues and the golds together just really POP! What a clever girl she is. I used a lot of layering under my photo to develop a sense of space and enhanced the gold effect with adding glitter to my title which was cut on the Silhouette.

More inspiration from Beata

Whilst we are ALL waiting impatiently for the February products to hit our shores, here is another smashing LO from Beata, made with the January kit “Colour Me Crazy”

I fell in love with the Studio Calico Printshop collection and those ink-looking writings! I wish I had more of these papers as I’d love to put them on every LO. It was hard decision to choose between using this paper as a background or to cut it on smaller pieces. As you can see, I decided to use it as a background and I think it’s amazing. I added some gesso and watercolors at the beginning. Then I stuck down another few layers of papers. As a final touch I used some pink twine and wooden peg from the add on.
