Today I’m sharing a LO that I put a lot of love in 🙂 I used the cut file “Pie Hearts” from The Cut Shoppe, only I made one heart REALLY big 🙂 Then, as you can see I used a few different patterned papers from the July kit “Orange is the New Black” to fill it up, did some sewing and went on putting a few embellishments on (most of them from the kit). Love the July kit’s plethora of embellishments!

Today I’m sharing a LO I did for sketch #273 over at Creative Scrappers.

I started with gel medium that I had mixed with some drops of orange mist, used on a mask I did from a cut file from The Cut Shoppe. The cut out “triangles” were then used as embellishments on the page. And the “Love This” 3×4 card is also from The Cut Shoppe.

I added some black mist splatters as well, but rverything else is from the July kit “Orange is the New Black”. Hope you like!

HEIDI BARCLAY

Hi, my name is Heidi, I am 45years old and married to my high school sweetheart. We have two beautiful daughters – Abigail (18) and Emma (Almost 13). I started scrapping after our first trip to the snow have have not looked back since. I love the creative outlet it gives me and all the gorgeous products. I have been several design teams before, Scrapbook Studio where I taught classes in Auckland and then down in Christchurch at Scrappin Patch as well as a challenge site called Challenge Me Happy.

My Current design teams, 123 Get Scrappy, Scrap It Girl and Unique Laser Designs

My Scrapbooking style – I love any type of style – from pretty, lots of white space, to arty. Anything that has colour, texture and a photo, I love using mists, paint, and I love trying new things.
