SCRAPBOOK KIT
PL KIT
Let me tell you that I am EXCITED!
I have been working hard behinds the scenes, and hopefully you will LIKE the result of it!
First – you might have noticed that the blog looks different. And – have you seen the new LOGO?
I have worked together with Kim Fifield, she made my ideas look GREAT in reality, don’t you think?
This logo also represents a new chapter for Crazy Monday Kits… I have moved on from the “for sale” page on the blog, and have opened up an online shop here:
I will also carry some items outside of the kit products, so let me know what you’d like to see in the shop and I’ll see what I can do!
And then – I’m happy to say ALL products for the April kits has arrived to Crazy Monday HQ. therefore I have some sneaks for you!
Lastly; as always when I am excited I want to GIVE STUFF AWAY! So comment below on anything in this blog post and you can be in to win a little prize from Crazy Monday!
This one was a lot of fun to make! I cut pieces of out the My Minds Eye paper and layered left over pieces from my other project underneath. Because this layout is about reading I decided to use the alphabet stickers from the add-on in a different way and use them as blocks to fill in the spaces I had not cut out. I do not do a lot of journalling but thought it would be fun for this one and broke it up in to several different parts and then because I LOVE enamel dots, I just went crazy filling in the remaining spaces. (note the flair badge on this layout is from my own stash).
For this layout I have used the main and the add-on.
The photo on this layout had a lot of white space on the left hand side so I decided to use the cut-aparts on the Maggie Holmes Inspiration paper to cover it. I chose the words I wanted to use and then to give a bit of dimension I added some foam dots to some of them. I also love the camera print from this collection but didn’t want to take away from the pale dreamy feeling I was going for so I fussy cut one out and again used foam dots to layer it over the twine I had wrapped around the page.

I have tended to use the patterned papers as ‘scraps’ from this kit rather than larger pieces, I just like the way they all work together. For this layout I really wanted use the gold card so took advantage of the trusty old Silhouette and created my title with it. I like the way texture was created with the mask and texture paste medium, hope you like!!!
